My Journey

Hi! I’m Janelle Daigle, a happy artist from Northern California. I live in the scenic foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, close to Lake Tahoe and not too far from the Pacific Ocean. There is beauty all around - it is breathtaking. I love playing with the colors I find in nature. It’s my joy, truly my passion.

 

Welcome to my studio! I was first intrigued–and then captivated–by the art of poured paints.  And so my journey as an artist began. I was hooked on creating beautifully blended colors on canvas. Eventually, I took on the challenges of landscapes and more. And I found that I love that, too.

Finding inspiration has been an easy part of my journey. The scenery around me provides astonishing colors that captivate my eyes. My artist heart is filled with inspiration just waiting to fill the canvas with paint. I hope my love for painting inspires others to find the beauty that surrounds them.
