Do you have a showroom where I can see paintings in person?My studio is currently in my home, so I do not have a showroom with visiting hours. What does Giclee mean?Giclee is a French term meaning to spray or squirt. Special inks and printers are used to ensure that these art prints look like the original art. Choose an archival paper, canvas or metal art print. All will give you a stunning piece of art for your place or to give as a gift. Giclee art prints allow you to select art that is beautiful in color and customized to fit your space.

Do the art prints show metallic paint?No. Giclee printing captures the colors of the original painting. Only the finest cameras and printers are used to create our giclee art prints. However, metallic inks are not used in the giclee printing process. If you’d like your art print to be hand embellished with metallic paint, please contact us for pricing options.

What is a metal print?The artwork is printed on ChromaLuxe® aluminum panels using the dye-sublimation process. The artwork is infused onto the surface using special inks. Metal prints create a beautiful, clean look for your walls. Choose the size that best fits your space. You’ll be delighted by the pop of color and luminous shine!

Do the art prints have texture?No. Our giclee art prints are created using specialty inks. The texture will differ depending on whether you choose archival paper, canvas or metal for your art print. However, it will not have a raised texture.

What is a gallery-wrapped canvas art print?A gallery-wrapped art print means the canvas is stretched over all edges, then secured to the back of a wooden frame. Custom ordering allows you to choose your canvas art print with painted sides like the original painting. The beauty wraps around all edges. Simply select the size of canvas art print that fits your space.

What is a fine art paper print?These exceptional prints use the highest level of color available in printing. The fine art papers and inks are not only archival but use some of the most accurate print technology for full color prints. Selecting an art print will bring stunning color to any room and allow you to choose the perfect size for your home or office.

What is the difference between Janelle’s original artwork and custom art prints?All of Janelle’s original artwork are unique, one-of-a-kind paintings. When you purchase an original, you are getting the only painting in existence with those beautiful characteristics. The original artwork is signed and dated by Janelle. Originals will come with a certificate of authenticity. A giclee art print captures the gorgeous colors and details of the original. With your custom order, you get to personalize the size and finishing options of your art so that it's perfect for your space. Choose archival fine art paper, canvas or metal for your giclee art print. Your selection makes your art unique, designed and custom made specifically for you. Each monitor creates variations with the colors you see in person. Various devices have different individual settings that moderate colors and patterns independently. All photos of prints were taken unfiltered to give you the truest colors of the artwork. We hope you love what you see in person.

Can I commission a painting?Yes, I’d love to hear about your ideas and inspiration. Together we’ll envision the painting of your dreams. Next, we’ll agree on the timeline and price. What shipping options are available at checkout?FREE LOCAL PICK-UP. At checkout, you can select free local pick-up where arrangements will be made to meet and pick up your purchase at the Rocklin Post Office within 5-10 business days. We will coordinate with you to deliver your purchase on a day and time that works for both Janelle Daigle and you. LOCAL DELIVERY. When you select local delivery, you can expect a faster delivery time. This option allows you to get your purchase delivered within 6-10 business days for the $15 delivery fee. You should live within 25 miles of the Rocklin Post Office. STANDARD SHIPPING. By selecting standard shipping, your purchase will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. You should receive an email notification when your purchase has been shipped.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?We will usually have your order completed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping carriers may be changed depending on stock levels and shipping locations. Outside factors may delay your delivery that are beyond our control. This may include weather, the quantity of your order, equipment malfunctions and/or disasters. An email will be sent out confirming your purchase has been shipped. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 10 business days, please contact us for an order status check. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

What if my order arrives damaged?If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of the documented delivery date by the shipping carrier. Damaged items may need to be picked up by the shipping carrier for inspection before refunds or replacements can be submitted. Providing photos will be most helpful with insurance claims. If it’s an art print, we will work swiftly to replace your order. We will offer shop credit if it's an original. Please note Janelle Daigle Art is not responsible for damage accrued to originals or art prints after they have been delivered and caused by the customer or a third party after delivery.

What is your return/exchange policy?Original Artwork All sales are final but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not delighted with your original artwork, please contact us. Art Print All purchases are final. Since all art prints are custom made to order, we are unable to offer you refunds or exchanges.

Who owns the rights to the artwork?Janelle Daigle retains all rights to the artwork created. This includes the rights to the image of all sold and commissioned original paintings. Janelle Daigle retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork created unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. To discuss purchasing the right, contact us. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission. If the artwork ends up being reproduced in a magazine or social media, Janelle Daigle only asks for credit. When you purchase an original painting, you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without Janelle Daigle’s written permission.
